考虑非结构性的多级生产流程调度方法

针对智能化柔性制造过程存在的再制造过程,对中小型设备生产车间及其仓储转运的模型构建、分析方法、以及参量相关性提出了新的解决思路.为了最大限度的减少建设周期、合理化投资成本、以及优化生产流程,建立了考虑非结构性的多级生产流程的数学模型,以完成度、完工时间和调度频次为目标函数分析生产要素间的相关性.实验结果表明,融合再加工过程的智能化柔性制造单元中,生产要素为非线性相关,个别要素具备对称性,为实际工况中的生产改进及优化提供了一定理论基础.

随着科技进步和产业提升,人们不断从本源上追求美、从长效上保持美、从机制上激发美。众多肽类化合物,已被证实在人体内具有独特的生物学促进或抑制作用,也因此被广泛应用于美妆产品。以化妆品中生物活性肽的不同功效为主线,对其化学结构进行分析并阐述其中的生理作用机制。     

SrTiO3/Mg6Ti5O16复合陶瓷的微波介电性能研究

通过传统固相烧结法制备了xSrTiO3-(1-x)Mg6Ti5O16微波介质陶瓷,并研究其晶体结构、显微结构及微波介电性能.xSrTiO3-(1-x)Mg6Ti5O16复合陶瓷主要含有MgTiO3、SrTiO3和Mg6Ti5O16三相;复合陶瓷晶粒分布紧密,尺寸大小不均匀;适当增加SrTiO3含量可以有效提高介电常数和品质因数,并使谐振频率温度系数趋于正值.1420 ℃烧结的3.8;SrTiO3-96.2;Mg6Ti5O16复合微波陶瓷可获得最佳微波介电性能:εr=17, Q×f =42729 GHz和τf=5 ppm/℃.     

热熔还原法制备超硬复合相氮化碳及其工艺探索

本文采用热熔还原法,以聚氯乙烯、氯化铵、氧化铁为原料制备复合超硬相氮化碳(α/β-C3 N4).采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行表征.在此基础上分析了不同温度和原料配比下合成复合相C3 N4的物相组成及形貌变化.结果表明样品形貌随着原料配比的不同在颗粒、棒状、纳米线之间转变.当C、N和Fe之间摩尔比为3:4:0.4时,所制备出的样品呈纳米线状,纳米线的直径约为15 nm,结晶性良好.而在其它配比下,只能获得棒状或颗粒状α/β复合相C3 N4.     

Multiple stability switches and Hopf bifurcation in a damped harmonic oscillator with delayed feedback

This paper takes into consideration a damped harmonic oscillator model with delayed feedback. After transforming the model into a system of first-order delayed differential equations with a single discrete delay, the single stability switch and multiple stability switches phenomena as well as the existence of Hopf bifurcation of the zero equilibrium of the system are explored by taking the delay as the bifurcation parameter and analyzing in detail the associated characteristic equation. Particularly, in view of the normal form method and the center manifold reduction for retarded functional differential equations, the explicit formula determining the properties of Hopf bifurcation including the direction of the bifurcation and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are given. In order to check the rationality of our theoretical results, numerical simulations for some specific examples are also carried out by means of the MATLAB software package.

     

量子垒生长速率对InGaN基绿光LED性能的影响

利用MOCVD技术在图形化Si(111)衬底上生长了InGaN/GaN绿光LED外延材料。在GaN量子垒的生长过程中,保持NH3流量不变,通过调节三乙基镓(TEGa)源的流量来改变垒生长速率,研究了量子垒生长速率对LED性能的影响。使用二次离子质谱仪(SIMS)和荧光显微镜(FLM)分别对量子阱的阱垒界面及晶体质量进行了表征,使用电致发光测试系统对LED光电性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,垒慢速生长,在整个测试电流密度范围内,外量子效率(EQE)明显提升。我们认为,小电流密度下,EQE的提升归结为量子阱晶体质量的改善;而大电流密度下,EQE的提升则归结为阱垒界面陡峭程度的提升。
